using vector class in proprietary project

Hello,

I would like to know what the motivation is for using GPL? It seems to me that it is to promote people to pay for your commercial licence, which sounds fair of course.

However, I've seen other libraries under a dual license for example. Anyway, I'm just asking because I am working on a library that could be used in video games for example. If I choose to use your Vector Class library for vector math then nobody will be able to make a game using my library.
